Layer 1= I added the photo, removed the background and played with the exposure and opacity. 

Layer 2= I added the photo and removed the background. 

Layer 3= I added the photo, removed the background, and changed the exposure and tint.

Layer 4= I added the photo and removed background elements.

Layer 5= I added the photo and changed the opacity to show the schedule behind it.

It was hard to remove the background but it was easy to play with the exposure.
